Payment Verification: Upon submission, the payment gateway initiates verification with the issuing bank to confirm identity and available funds.
Payment Deduction & Order Creation: Once verified, the system deducts the full order amount in a single transaction (there are no hidden installment fees; no extra charges apply unless you actively choose an installment plan).
Warehouse Preparation & Shipping: After successful payment, the order is sent to our Los Angeles warehouse; staff inspect and pack the items, then ship them via the selected logistics method.

Supply Chain: We maintain long-term, in-depth partnerships with compliant garment factories in the U.S.; all fabrics and finished garments meet California textile safety regulations, and every batch undergoes quality inspection before being shipped to the store's warehouse.
Warehouse Operations: The physical store is located at 8525 Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069, and operates from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday; the warehouse processes online orders in alignment with store operating hours.
Order Processing: Both online and offline orders are handled by in-store staff; online orders are picked and packed within 24 hours of payment, while in-store customers can pay by card and collect their items immediately.

3. Payment Security

4. Order Confirmation
Instant Email Receipt: Upon successful payment, the system automatically sends an order confirmation email to the address provided during checkout. This email includes a unique order number, a list of purchased items, the actual amount paid, and estimated shipping and delivery times.
Real-Time Online Updates: You can log in to your personal account on our site to view your order status in real-time (e.g., Pending, Packing, Shipped, Out for Delivery) and access your complete payment history.

Provide the last four digits of the card used for payment, and our team will manually verify the transaction and resend the order confirmation within 24 hours.

5. Common Payment Issues and Solutions
5.1. Payment deduction failed or transaction rejected after submission

Causes: Insufficient bank card balance or credit limit; overseas online payment permissions not enabled; card expired; issuing bank blocked the transaction due to risk controls regarding unfamiliar merchants; mismatched card number, security code, or name details.
Solutions: Check available card balance and validity period; contact the issuing bank to enable online payment permissions; carefully verify all card details and resubmit; use a different bank card from the list to complete the payment.

5.2. Account shows duplicate charges or multiple deductions for a single order
Causes: Clicking the submit button repeatedly or network lag caused multiple deduction requests to be sent to the bank; bank pre-authorization froze funds (not an actual deduction).
Solutions: Funds frozen due to duplicate pre-authorization will be automatically returned by the bank to the original payment method within 1–3 business days; if confirmed as actual duplicate deductions, save a screenshot of the bank transaction and email it to customer service—we will verify the order and process a refund for the excess amount within 1–3 business days.

5.3. Order confirmation email not received after payment
Causes: Email provider filtered the store's email into the spam or promotions folder; incorrect email address entered during checkout; payment gateway data synchronization delay.
Solutions: Check the spam/junk folder; contact customer service with the mobile number used for the order and the last few digits of the payment card so we can manually locate the order and resend the confirmation.

5.4. Payment page fails to load or payment channels cannot be selected
Causes: Browser cache issues; regional network restrictions.
Solutions: Clear browser cache or switch browsers before re-entering the checkout page; avoid performing the transaction during peak network traffic times.

5.5. Requesting order cancellation and refund after payment
Rules: Orders that have not yet shipped are eligible for a full refund, returned to the original payment card within 1–3 banking business days; if goods have already shipped, the return process must be followed after receipt, and the refund will be issued once the return is approved.
