Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to all orders for women's clothing placed on the LA CLOTHES platform. All shipping rules, delivery timeframes, service areas, and after-sales policies comply with local U.S. e-commerce standards to safeguard consumers' rights.
1. Order Processing Time
All successfully paid orders will undergo manual review, quality inspection, sorting, and packing for dispatch within 24 hours. Staff are on duty to process orders on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, ensuring that processing schedules are generally not delayed. In exceptional circumstances—such as major new product launches or peak logistics periods—processing may take up to 48 hours; the status of all orders can be tracked in real-time.
2. Order Cut-off Time
The daily cut-off time for order processing is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5:00). Orders with successful payments and verified information submitted before this cut-off time will enter the order preparation and processing stage on the same day; orders paid after the cut-off time will automatically be prioritized for processing on the next business day.
3. Shipping Time
Once an order leaves the warehouse, it enters the logistics and shipping phase. Shipping times across the U.S. follow a standardized schedule based on the delivery region: standard shipping within the continental U.S. takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times to remote states or rural areas may be extended due to logistics routing; however, the entire shipping process is fully trackable, with no issues such as false pickup scans or delayed tracking updates.
4. Shipping Fee Policy
LA CLOTHES offers free shipping on all women's clothing items. Customers incur no basic shipping or delivery fees; there are no minimum purchase requirements, hidden shipping costs, or surcharges for remote areas—all orders qualify for free delivery.
5. Shipping Regions
Our delivery service covers the entire United States, including all states within the continental U.S. and eligible territories. We do not currently ship to international locations or military bases; we only accept orders with valid delivery addresses within the United States.
6. Delivery Partners
Standard orders are handled by UPS for the entire delivery process. UPS offers a mature logistics network and reliable, secure transport, ensuring packages are delivered efficiently and in good condition.
For large clothing items or oversized packages, we utilize UPS dedicated truck delivery services. Prior to delivery, the driver will contact the customer using the provided information to confirm the delivery window and ensure someone is home to receive the package. This proactive communication helps prevent issues such as missed deliveries, package delays, or delivery failures, ensuring a smooth delivery process.
7. Order Cancellation
7.1. Unshipped Orders: If a consumer wishes to cancel an order before the goods have left the warehouse or been shipped, they may immediately contact customer service to request a cancellation. We do not charge any handling or processing fees; a full refund will be issued to the user's original payment account.
7.2. Shipped Orders: Once an order has left the warehouse and entered the shipping process (picked up by the carrier), direct cancellation is no longer possible. If the consumer no longer requires the item, they must adhere to the store's standard return and refund policy: wait until the package has been delivered and signed for, then apply for a refund through the official return process.
8. Order Tracking
8.1. Upon successful shipment, the system will automatically generate a unique tracking number and send a shipment notification email to the address provided. This email will contain complete details, including the tracking number, a link to the tracking portal, and order specifics.
8.2. Consumers can track their package in real-time—monitoring stages such as pickup, transit, transfer, delivery, and final receipt—by entering the tracking number on the "Orders" page of their personal account. Tracking information is updated regularly.
8.3. Should issues arise—such as a lack of tracking updates over an extended period, package delays, or delivery exceptions—consumers may contact customer service at any time. We will coordinate with UPS to verify the issue and follow up on a resolution, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
